sc is when you take a branch between your two fingers and gently squezze them together, than you gently bend the branch at the point that you rolled it between your fingers which causes the branch to fall over on itself.. it doesn't cause any harm to the plant and doesn't stress her out very much at all, even though you may think otherwise.. it is mostly done for when people run out of vertical space in a grow..

so in other words is not good. cuz a friend of mine told me thats what i should do. i always though it was planting multiple plants like sog

nah.. dont squeeze it to the point it will fall over.. just enough to crack the stem..it increases nute uptake
