What is wrong with this plant?

Last thread is too convoluted (by me) and didn't have a pic.

What is wrong here, almost 60 days in, it's been like this and more and more for the whole flowering:

On the right, you see another plant, looking normal. In the main focus you see a lot of bay-leaf shaped leaves all over the buds "wtf"

If you see it, and know what it is, I would love to know. If you have questions about my grow, I do not have answers for them, because I want answers from someone who looks at it and knows, rather than guesses based on whatever I answer - looking for someone who saw this before, not guesses! I will say, no light leaks, and food has always been npk 15/30/15. thanks in advance!

Hi i grew out some seed that i got off a feminised hermi,i had two buds that looked like this smooth with little or no trichs but the other buds were fine so i put it down to bad genetics but also had ph fluctuations so wasnt sure,all 16 seeds turned out female though also had one main bud that looked fantastic but had no smell at all really weird,smell didnt make a appearance even after drying and curing but smokey was good so good luck matey.
