I've just looked at that Ebay link and see it's in Aussie Dollars
(so I assume you're in Australia)

Aus PPM 900 = EC 1.3
Which isn't particularly high (not for a plant her size).

If this PPM/EC level is correct, it's very unlikely to be Nute burn.

??Have both plants have been fed/watered from the same reservoir???
Yes correct I'm in Australia. So sounds like I have a .700 meter being in Australia? Meaning I should be following the feed guide for a truncheon meter?
According to the hanna grow guide using truncheon meter I should be at 1120ppm.
It's just confusing even more not having a ec pen. I found one on eBay for $14 free shipping so I might grab it to compare.

They don't share the same res although have had exactly the same treatment.

i got one for you can you let us see the roots???? some times root rot dose the same can we look at your roots

H202 in res every 4 days 50% grade at 1000:1 . Also I think you could bump up the nutes to 1100.
Ok well I have her in ph 5.5 plain water atm and was thinking about leaving her for a few days? You recommend putting in some h202 with just water and no nutes?
Btw the label says 2mls per 10ltrs for 50% sounds way excessive and thinking it will burn my plants no?

I'm worried having her in plain water for a few days is going to stunt her considering they have started to flower.

Another thing I think may have contributed was this was the first week with flower nutes. Maybe that fucked with something some how?

Well here I am a week later after running plain water and h202 for a week and as you can see she hasn't really improved. My pineapple chunk is now towering over her.
I'm not sure whether to ditch her or leave her to do her thing. The pineapple chunk could really do with the extra space.
What would you do?

Here's a pic of my struggling ak47 (left hand side)

Since your last post was in January, now it's May, I'm just wondering what ever happened to the plant and did you find anything to help?

My 3 DWC AK47's are starting to do the same thing so I'd really like to know.
Do they just not like hydro?
Thanks

quick solution. if you get frustrated , like I am with hydro. you have it locked in or you don't in hydro. if you cant get it under control place those plants into soil . problem solved . hydro pissed me off a few times . ive been the same situation as you before .

Yea, I appreciate the advice. I am thinking I'm going to move them outside. I've not had any problems til now, and my LA Cheese and others are doing great.

Don't know how the transition will be to soil, but it can't be any worse than the dying plants I have right now.

Just found this thread having the same problem with the same type of plant while searching for what I am doing wrong. Figured I may as well ask the result of the plants.

I'm just going to knock out the AK's from my hydro setup and grow them in soil for now on. I'll keep the other strains going in hydro.
Thanks again.

dont do that dont leave in h20 this meter hear makes it read only about 2 hours sometimes less. so to leave it for a few days would be stoopid look man i cant spell worth a fuck.. but i know how to read the launguage they speak and they talk in another way buy how they react i been around these fuckers for a whileTHUMPENSTIEN!! 002.JPGmake shure you have great ventelation with new air outside air next if you can hepa filterd please second run you nutes make shure they are for hydro not organic anything orgaic will gunk you up its not bad next make dam shure their is no light in the water at all, next run voodoo juice in their with your nutes they will turn vibraint white.. and make shure the temp is down on the water make shure your stones are mico stones not the ordinary one..
im a lil disapointed in this clip what they dont tell you about the stones is that one is made of lead make shure your water is colder that 70 degrees, root rots is berly starting not bad at all... ill see if i can find the led long wire it looks like a profossional clip but in my eyes they sould have a disolved oxegen meter right??image100.jpg anyways if you got a problem hit me up on a p.m. but i realy dont follow threads so i might miss your shout out!! i grow in water thats all i do by the way the stone on the right is bomb the one on the left is even better but made of led and thats a no no!!!!remember roots also dont like stail air so fresh air is alway gona do you right..
