Looks like it could be heat stress, but if your temps are good it might be due to too high of light intensity....hard to say without more info

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's mites. I haven't Used any neem oil and there in week 6 of veg.. so I'm not surprised that's what I get for being lazy. Time to go crazy with the neem oil every other day and if that doesn't work then I'm gonna have to buy some avid or forbid miticide. These lady's are supposed to get flipped in 2-3 weeks so they need to recover asap!

I use neem oil too - and it works but it's also pretty tough on the plants. I mix it at about 4 ml/quart. Being an oil, it doesn't mix into water - you need to use an emulsifier so that it will. 4 ml of blue Dawn dish soap works fine - it also helps kill bugs. Mix the neem oil and dish soap together, then pour into 1 quart of water and mix. Spray at lights out.

If you make it any stronger it will leave burn marks on the leaves.

I use 5ml per quart fuck it if it's tough. Better than bugs being on there during flower. Plus I didn't raise no weak bitches lol

That's fine - the directions say 8 ml but that really puts the stomp on the plants. They recover but they really get banged up. 5 ml is good
