that looks like leaf miner damage. there are insects that lay eggs, and the larvae bore into leaves and start eating. its hard to get rid of them with a spray, as they are inside the leaves. you can use something as a root drench and it might get them, usually the bet thing to do is just pull the effected leaves off and burn them, as long as it doesn't denude your plant.

I opened the pic in a separate window and looked at it close-up. You definitely have some crawlers/flyers. I can see three black (unidentified) bugs on the top blade with the most damage.

Are you using something that magnifies to at least 30x?

Im going to just clip the leaves. It has been like this for most of the duration of the plants life and it hasn't spread to other plants. There is a plant directly next to it and has 0 damage.

Checked under the leaves of the affected leaves and they did have they little black speckles on them. All affected leaves were snipped from the plant (5 total)
That's not enough if it was mites get rid of the plant if it's only one north worth the problem of mites hard to rid of cut that bitch and start over

Alright my bad man just saying and if you ever do get em it's the worst
I had them on my peppers outside. They folded my leaves in and there was like a little webbing. This has been on the plant for the past month. There is literally a plant touching this one and there is nothing on any of the leaves. Maybe it's pest resistant lol.
