So I just started flowering my blue dream and it's been about 1 week into it and I just checked it the first time today I noticed some brown spots on 2 leaves. I have no clue what this is...anyone?

i agree, it's either, this, or...

Doesn't look like a typical deficiency. Any chance you burned those spots somehow? Chemical, light, heat, whatever kind of burn?
Could water have dripped onto the leaf? Might be burn from the light refracting through the droplets.
this..
not a big deal, but something has burnt your plants, either water got on them, or the light hit them..

Looks like water on leaves.... Try not to get wet especially during flower... Feed at base avoiding tops

So I've been using 4 23W = 100W 2700K 1600 Lumens CFL bulbs and it seems to me like its gets pretty hot in there so I was thinking about switching them out for Philips 14.5 = 100W 2700K 1500 Lumens LED bulbs. I'm hoping by switching it'll decrease the amount of heat a bit. Any suggestions?

Yes those will reduce heat a bit. Those actually look like some of the best LED bulbs I've seen for efficiency, most aren't much better than CFL.

You should tell us more about your space if you want the best feedback though. Size LxWxH, what venting/fans are being used, ...

So my grow space pretty small. I'm using a large cardboard box I got from home depot 19 IN. X 18IN. X 24IN and i have 2 80mm pc fans on the right bottom as intake and 1 120mm pc fan as outtake on the top left, I also just got a compact desk 6 x 4.5 x 6 in there just for some extra air flow. As said before I'm using the 100W CFLs but gonna switch to the 100W LED probably later on today. I would take a picture but my plant is in dark period right now.

Is the box sitting out in an open space where air can freely exhaust/intake? How are you taking temps? How high are temps?

In that small of a space with the fans you should be able to maintain temps without much issue.

Well I have the box under my computer desk and I have a small thermometer in there at all times, and it's usually around 25 degrees. But it tends to be about 27-29 during the evening and night since the central heater kicks in. I live in Canada btw.
