What Is This?

well here is a pic of a plant but seems like all the new growth is yellowing , i think it is either N or over watering??/ any clue .also i have added nothing since tuesday to these plants

i would say overwatering. the leaves look really heavy. the color is not bad just heavy leaves. and the soil looks WET.

the soil is gummy a bit in the middle but the top and sides seem to be dry, when should i feed these plants. I also want to leech the soil so i can start on some improved nutes is this going to be a problem

What's the temp?

between 80 -85 degrees lights on and 60-70 lights off with good ventilation
