i have same temps, I'm into 3 weeks Vegetative and I am experiencing the same problem
at first it was little bit, but i seen more it looks like talc powder and its even on the new leaves. i read in the grow bible that it could be powedery mildew and in the book it says

Fungus or mold on foliage or soil:
High humidity (above 60%)
High temperature (above 80 F)

-- Add Vent Fan
--Spray soil with 5% bleach solution and wash off next day. Spray foliage with 10% baking soda solution.

I might try this tomorrow , but i think u have to do it for several days.
bad news is that it might kill the plant if it really is powdery mildew, i really hope its not, i already spent so much $ and time and effort... damnnittt

i may have watered them too much after i transplanted them into the 5 gal pots. i wonder if i should transplant the ones that have it or let the soil dry out completly.

its probably downy mildew, very bad, best way to get rid of it is to prevent it, quarantine the plant, after you google downey mildew on cannabis, and destroy it, its bad mold thinghy

The way you explained it sounds like you have powdery mildew or false mildew. I use mildew cure and it is organic. It occurs when there is too much fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Please treat because it can cause plant death in severe cases. Ghetto way to treat it is with sodium bicarbonate but could not tell you the exact dosage.

doesn't neem oil work for powdery mildew?
no i dont think so.

Spray soil with 5% bleach solution ????????
surely not!
i definately wouldnt https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/102841-bleach-survivor.html remove the affected leaves, and spray with a product like biosept hydro gold, its meant for hydro but works just as well on soil grown plants, hydrogarden bud rot stop, or a copper based anti-fungal spray suitable for consumable crops. scrub down room with 5% bleach solution. innoculate plants and all future plants with a light dusting of trichoderma on the soil. once you have the spores in your growroom it can be quite hard to control if you dont deal with it swiftly, you dont want any of that on a flowering plant, or bye bye bud.

does seem to be crystals... looks like i was sanding a white wall and its all its dust. if that makes sense
When you can post a pic. To ME, you are describing thc crystals, which is good:)

Until you are sure, I wouldn't do anything to the plant.

Here is an example of what I am talking about.
