Now this 4th picture is the same plant back in it's 22 gallon tub but if you look closely you'll see the bottom leafs are almost the same size as the top.

So thought this was the case because It didnt have enough root redevelop to support all those leaves. Well...

OK Now fast forward to now 10-03-2011. Here is a picture of the SAME plant and its new roots now EXCEPT: the little leaves at the bottom NEVER got bigger.

I discovered something UNDER The leaves which might be the reason why those leaves are much smaller and a few midsize leafs . (Of course things like Not enough light shining down to the bottom but this is a 400 hps that had to be raise up due to scorching my top leaves. )

So I asked how could I have healthy a looking plant BUT with the bottom leaves looking
malnourished. Then I looked and saw these leaves undersides but didnt know what it is or where it came from. Any idea's suggestions or questions!!!

The curling leaves looks like "eagle claw". It can be caused by a few different things and has happened to me with ph in the past.

Looks a bit like black spot which is a fungicide, but I wouldn't worry if you have removed the leaves. Perhaps air curculation around the base of the plant could be improved? If the rest of the plant is healthy I would not worry about a couple of leaves at the bottom of the plant to be honest. Good luck with it.
