What is this pest?

Help needed identifying this pest. I think they are mites but never seen them before.
These little bastards are an unwelcome surprise as I've had to kill off 10+ hermies, only to find a minor infestation which I don't want spreading to the remaining females.

What are they, and best methods to kill them off?

5ml neem oil per 1 litre tepid water...little drop of washing up liquid, shake well and during spraying to keep oil mixed............fine spray at lights off ...stems, pots, under leaves, soil........soak the plant...............do again in 4-5 days and again 4-5 days.should do the trick

Theres not that many of them. I probably caught them early.
Going to try manual removal as most of them are on the big hermies which I'm removing.

Cheers will give the Neem oil a try if I cant get rid of them manually.

the problem is they lay eggs which are hard to see........read up on them...............they can = big trouble.....ive had the twice....fucked my first crop before i realised......neem is a good prevention too......stops them eating, breeding, mating, stops eggs hatching.........fucks with their hormones
