what is this at the end of my node?!?!?!

there is this bubble kind of thing at the end of my node where the main stem is... it looks like it's going to pop are those seeds? i need help i have pix too but there blurry

it looks like your plant has a bad case of over-blurring. all the ph testing and nutes will never be able to fix that
