Look I am no expert by any means, but what I give advise I want make sure what I am tell a person is the right thing, I will google it really quick a little research, if I am not sure about it I will suggest it with caution/research first....But, i've been reading and I've seen some crazy/stupid advise that people have given out.

Share the worst ones you have seen...

I.E.

Transplanting your plant every 3 weeks to airate the roots...:shock:
Bury your seeds deep...:-|
and my least favorite.......Upsidedown seeds...:hump:

The stupidest advice I read is about not pruning, or people advising others to leave sick looking leaves and branches on the plant. I think a lot of readers here need a good tutorial on selective pruning, training of MJ plants. Some people act like removing a branch EXEPT for cloning is heresy. LOL Foolishness is what it is.

Seeing people tell others to shit/piss in there soil for fertilizer lol,then claim how they did it and it works great.
Also people who say give birth control or something to there plants for hormones lmfao.

People if it really worked everybody would already be doing it.

someone looked at my very clean and professional grow (link in sig) and told me to open and put a bunch of carbonated water bottles in the tent so the plants can get more CO2

i guess its not that bad, but was still pretty damn dumb

The stupidest advice I ever read was this one kid asking how to not get ripped off anymore.
He said he gives them the money first and they don't come back.
Or they do and they rip him off.
And he posted like 5 threads asking about it lol.

This guy was trying to keeping animals away from his outdoor plants and this random chimes in with "put deer urine around them" lol
My profile has a couple funny threads saved on it you guys should check them out, like the ipod flashlight grow, or the kid that tried growing at school and must have gotten busted because he just stopped posting one day hahaha

Rollin on that one. we all WARNED him not to grow in his damn dorm room. He insisted the whole uni got high. lol...

Haha I was just messing with this kid that wanted to protect his plants and I told him to dig some punji pits with feces tipped spikes lol and everyone took me seriously! He said he was going to try it!

actually not bad advise at all just kind of backwards...a lot of growers piss around there plants (or let their dogs) in order to ward off deer when doing outdoor/guerilla grows.

this older hippie grower insisting on old proven false practices for growing like harvesting then hanging upside down so "the oils drain to the buds" and "boiling the roots" please dont do these this will force starches to the buds and will make a very harsh and bad tasting smoke. also always harvest in early morning if possible thise is when most of the starches and minerals in the plant are drawn into the bottom most reions of the plant.(same principal as before)

others is no matter what any one says, apartment grows are dumb ideas...... it just is. if you cant afford a house, you cant afford to get out of jail time. im sorry but your neighbor is 5 inches from your plants. dont tempt fate.

IM 100% positive that aptartment grows are happening..and i dont think there THAT stupid..its harder 2 rob an apt. than a house..and harder 2 tell whose using the most power..not 2 be a wise ass but if u ever watched new jack city..u seen how they setup the projects..and thats all over nyc..u might have a couple thousand stash apts in the city and NOBODY ever finds out till a big bust or something.."2 million found in lower east side apt." some projects are united and its hard for the cops 2 bust them when they have over a 500 apts 2 search..harder 2 get a warrent 2..ur prolly from an area where its surburban but in this city anything goes..jus dont get caught

im in an apartment i have i high stealth grow box that i built looks like it came from a hi end furniture store, and i put in sum special locking pins that are hidden so only i knw how to open it :hump:

I grow in my closet in my apartment. Legally as well. :-)
