I love the flavor from purple strains and OG strains.. Look for strains on seedbanks that are good hearty strains that don't need much attention.

perfect strain...lol Good luck finding your white unicorn :D

there may be one strain that is perfect fro this years conditions, but not next years....

Try to concentrate more on giving your plants what they need, not picking the perfect plant for your conditions....

You ,may luck into getting the right strain, at the right time, but better to plan on growing the strain you have as best as possible.

In fact... I usually just pick a strain, then grow it.... Better that way, then getting an unknown, and fucking things up.... Especially at this point in the season....

if I lived in socal and didn't have to worry about killing frosts I would grow a mostly or pure sativa. I don't know if there is an "ideal" strain for your area but I bet there is a bunch that perform well. I would identify what kind of smoke yer goin' for - then peruse the seedbanks for strain descriptions until you find something that matches your tastes. of course I'm assuming that you're growing for stash - one consideration is that some plants are more fun to grow than to smoke...

The one that grows ;)

J/K..that would be a personal choice I think and where you live of course.[/QUOTE
Precisely, its on contigent upon several variables... Your environmental stressors, E.G RH, Temp ranges, Wind, Hours of daylight per season Etc.
Then of course the personal variables to account for: Are you looking for higher yeild, shorter time to harvest, potency?... etc.
Go onto the 'Tude, or Nirvana with a cannapedia and do some research. First off, make up your mind on what your looking for, insteada having us make it up for you. Knowing what your looking for makes what ever it is a whole lot easier to find, mate.

DinaFem Industrial Plant is damn good and a heavy producer in a short amount of time. Its designed to be grown under artificial lights but it LOVES the sun just as well. Should have no problem getting ATLEAST a bow off of it outdoors

Yea but mines tied down.... They grow huge if not tied down and I really don't believe in topping so I just let it grow... They grow big even in overcast... as for heavy dew might cause some problems
