What is the larva in my drain off?

So I am using smart pots in my 5'th week of flowering, I have one girl thats been flowering really slow, compared to the others. That particular plant takes twice as long for the pot to dry than the others, so I have probably been over watering that one since I want to get it fed and plumped up more, but now today after a good watering I was sucking the drainage out of the saucer afterwards and noticed that the drainage water was full of tiny, tiny little whit larva. Like tiny little worms, or somthing you can almost see antennas on them I think. Too small to really get a full image, so I put that water in a cup and can see them wiggling and swimming and hopping all over the surface of the water. What the fuck are these things? I havnt seen any bugs flying around or anything.
Also one more thing, I found a bannanna on that plant today as well, so it must be stressed from either these bugs or the soggy soil.
Any one know anything about this. I have been using mollasses the last few waterings, and Im not sure how these things got washed out of the smart pots either, their not microscopically small.
+ rep for help, please!!!!!!!
