what is the best way to make your seedlings bush out instead of stretch.

First time grower and i dont want to have anorexic plants what the best solutions for that.

keep the light closer to them. they strech looking for light so as long as the light is close enough they shouldnt strech and they will "bush" out.

if your using cfls use 6500k spec and keep them real close! if using a hps i could get my 400 watt within 1' 4" of the plants with only a 6" fan blowing on them!
