What is a good soil nutrience mixture?

Hi, im just starting a new indoor grow. And I would like to know what a good amount of nutrient's would be for the plants.
What % of nitrogen, phosphates and so on.

ALSO.... I cant get my hands on FoxFarm soil, So would you just recommend getting a high quality soil that has no nutrients in it, And i'll just add all of my own?

Please let me know what you think is the best for the soil mixture. thanks alot

I've used soluble 20-20-20 (veg) & 15-30-15 (flwr) from Wal Mart for years.
For soil I use Premiere Pro Mix HP or BX.
