what does the plant like when

its starting to get above soil . cause i can see it , not even 1cm below soil , like it is coming up. but i think it has seed still around it just a little bit , and inside is yellow , is that good? i think and suppose the tap root is still white.

is this normal?

Should start pushing itself out of the soil, usually the whole seed will come up out of the ground busted open, if it comes off easily just take it off carefully and those little seed leaves should open up and start your baby off
