what do you think of Miricle Grow

As for adding nutes, I used mg organic soil such is pre nuted. I only added a very small amount in flowering and then I never went over 1/4 strength. Often less. I'm afraid I don't have an exact answer for you. I think it depends on what kind of mg you use. But like most things with growing your plants will tell you what they need just pay close attention to them. Most problems will start showing themselves before the damage is permanent. What brand of mg soil are you using?

it does the trick but I wont be using it again if I have the choice (money).
MG Organic Choice with some added composted chicken litter will take you all the way through the veg state. Only at the end of veg will the most hungry plants show a N def.
Then you transplant again right before flower with fresh soil, and water with flower nutes and bam, easy harvest.

Thanks. I'm using it the cycle and last cycle with great satisfaction. I even use tap water that comes out at 650ppm and I don't use ph buffers anymore either (but that's cause I grow organic also). Idk if you have Home Depot around you but they're shit when it comes to the indoor gardener. Mine has practically no fertilizer besides lawn and rose. YOu have to go to Lowes. Judging by some of the subtle stuff they have in their gardening section (river rocks that could be used like hydroton, fans? lol) it looks like they cater to the indoor gardener. Anyways, the chicken litter I use is from ZOOM! Organic- (I use the one labeled 'Garden Food' because of the added calcium; weed used almost as much cal and mg as N):

This is my MG soil mix recipe:
1 bag MG Organic Choice 32 qt. (tan bag; $10)
2 qt (1/4 of a $3 - 8 qt bag) of MG Perlite
A little more than 1/2 cup but way less than 3/4 of ZOOM! Organic Garden Food composted chicken manure (or any chicken manure, preferable with added calcium)
-Mix well

Chicken manure will last for 6 weeks; Don't add too much chicken manure

I've heard a lot about chicken manure I think I'm gonna have to try her out this next crop.
i raise chickens and the poop is a great soil conditioner but you want to let it set for a few months before growing plants in it. i had cantaloupes the size of basketballs growing in it this summer.

IF YOU NEVER GREW IN MIRICAL GROW, leave your opinnion out of it. I have used it, and had good results. they are the number 1 fertlizer company. The P.H. is off, and if you dont flush your buds can taste like shit. (but if you use any fertlizer wrong it will make you buds nasty)

I have used alot of there products with great resalts.

to be honest , i used MG, i found it its very good...you dont have to add anything nutrient for that....its great for veg, you can smell the dank of fresh cannabis....but it got more diffcult later in the flower stage...but managed it good...i rather use the organic MG instead regular potting mix or moisture control.

did you have to add anything to higher the PH in the soil?

just use my water tap....my water tap usually around 7.5 or 7.9 ph. so i never bother to check the ph because im not growing in the hydroponic and always add the lime to the soil mix....i dont know if anyone actually did this or not...then i get the new batch ol organic mg, first thing is screen the soils...get rid of the sticks and undesired like mulch etc, i will mix with the blood meal, bone meal, esspoma salt, 8 quart of perlite and lime , i mix it in the trash bag, shake it, and add the water..tied up and sit outside to get sunbath for two to three weeks, to make soil mate with other nutrients real good and kill any insects...after that weeks, i will put in the pots...and water down real good...i will let the pots dry for a week before i plant or transplant into pots...i always got a good result with it...remember no PH needed for dirt , period.
