I'm using Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil with about 20% MG seed starter soil and a extra 15% pearlite mixed in for better drainage. I have a total of 1000 watts of CFLs with 6400k. No added nutes and I water every other day or when it's dry.

a thousand watts? You could have bought an hps set up for less.Is that actual wattage or "same as" the amount of light from 1000 watt incandessant?

Start a very dilute feeding of whatever you are going to use. Use bloom nutes in your mix from the start. Do you plan on using HPS to flower with? And are you certain of your actual wattage? Asking because people often confuse the rated output versus a light bulb as their wattage and that is not correct for our purposes. I have vegged some very nice plants under CFL.

2- 200watts CFL which = 500-600 incandessant and 1- 150watt CFL = 300-400 incandessant atleast it's what they say anyway

Yeah I guess but I thought cFL's were brighter and had more light than incandescent
They do. Nearly every type of light there is is more efficient than incandescent. Using 550 watts isn't using 1000 watts. You wouldn't say your 1000 watt HPS was 2000 watt would you?
