Spray the foliage of plants with neem oil. Neem oil controls caterpillars and other pests, including whiteflies, leaf miners and thrips. It may also kill beneficial insects such as bees and earthworms, however.

ya BT worked great for me this year on my zucchini especially with the vine borers, so i would definately try that...you can pick it up at Lowes...good stuff for sure!!

Bacillus thuringiensis it will almost always be labeled "BT" in bigger letters than the name though if you can find the pure soluble powder in Colombia. If you can't find the pure product it is likely to be a part of other organic garden pest sprays but won't be the same strength. If you find BT it will work wonders and a application of copper tape around the garden (if its not too big) will help with future problems.

Get a light into the branches and pull them off, kill them then as they tend to get out of the bin.
