What are you planning to do with your stimulus money?

Do you have overdue bills to pay? Are you planning on making a purchase? Saving it? Investing it? Forfeiting it?

I am torn. I've been waiting for Porter Cable to make a cordless blower to add to their cordless lineup. But with the acquisition of Craftsman it appears Porter Cable is now dead in the water. So I was thinking of investing in a new power tool suite. But I can't decide if I want to join the camps of Dewalt or Makita. I like Makita tools better for reliability but I think Dewalt for longevity. I'm worried Makita being their own brand will eventually maybe be bought and fazed out. Just like my Porter Cable and my Hitachi before that. I do feel lucky that these are the tough decisions I have to make in regards to my stimulus. I realize to some this is just a bandaid on a bullet hole.

Being "essential" this hasn't really changed much other than my ability to go to the bar, and that in itself is saving me a few hundred a month. I'm probably just gonna bank it and save it for when things open back up. I can buy quite a few ladies drinks for $1,200.

Ahhhh living the life of a single "essential" man! That could be a new pickup line in the future. "Hey baby, did I ever tell you when the world was falling apart I was announced as essential as fuck. You wanna see what an essential dick looks like that?"

Spring taxes are due by the end of the month for the 2% discount.

When I have extra money I over pay the utility bills. Then you get those bills that say 0.00 due the next month and then I go on a shopping spree.

I also send screen shots of the 0.00 due to my daughter's and tell them they should think ahead. It's actually working I think, they haven't asked for a loan all year. But they're laid off so it's probably coming. I hope they get theirs first and that extra $600 a week from the feds.

Then I can hit them up for money ;-).

Fat chance. Lol.
