What are the Moderators Doing?

I posted a question and nobody answered it. Shouldn't the moderators send a courtesy reply at the very least? Come on man, I'm a newbie and it sort of stings when you ask an honest question and nobody cares to answer it. I don't expect to be catered to and I'm not a child, but it's annoying to see questions go unanswered. What the hell are the moderators for?

I've seen posts where people ask a question, and sometimes they post another one practically begging for someone to answer it. If you check the pages in the archives, there's at least one post on almost every page that did not get an answer.

My question was: If I spray my plants with a 20lb CO2 cylinder that has a hose on the end, would the direct spray of the CO2 damage the plants? Because it's possible to get CO2 burns.

So, was that a stupid question? Not worthy of a reply?

Do the Moderators get some sort of fiendish pleasure out of watching someone who created a new post squirm for a while, and waiting for someone to answer?

It takes time for people to see your post, maybe they just wait for someone else to answer first. I had a question go unanswered too.

I'm no expert but have read almost every post going back 3 months and I've never heard of such a thing. Most on here have the hose directly over the plants. If you are administering the CO2 using a pressurized tank, maybe the force of the emission could damage the plant but from everything I've read, you would be ok. It's not like you are having the plant touch dry ice or the frozen CO2 tank or anything. Most professional growers use CO2.

you can cause rapid suffication of yourself by opening unregulated bottle. the liquid co2 can freeze them. use a regulator.
