what am I doing wrong?

What am I doing wrong? I was growing out of a 5x5' Tent and now I upgraded to a 14x5 tent, all the same materials, panda plastic for walls. I am growing Chem Dawg, I use 3x1000 watt 8 under each light. I run hydro (buckets) GH part a/b. I veg for a month (about 18 inches) flower for roughly 10 weeks. I was getting roughly a pound per 12, now I am getting about 2 ounces per 8 plants. Doing EVERYTHING the same. Temperature is ALWAYS between 65-69, I grow in my basement. Also, I do NOT use CO2, no LST or anything, my father uses the exact same process, with the exact same clones with 600 lights getting a lb per 6 plants... The tent has vents to let in air while my 600w blower kicks out stale air... I am at my witts end would would really like some ideas.. The last few batches have really put me behind in having to buy from dispensary and it's costing me too much money..

Oh, this plant is about 5 weeks into flowering... They don't drink much water, like a bucket every two weeks...

When you upgraded your tents and lights did you upgrade your ventilation system??

That new tent probably tripled the amount of cfm your tent needs, plus all the extra ducting, you might have almost quadrupled your rooms oxygen needs causing slowed growth

I don't know if this is what's happening to you, but it happened to me. I averaged 5-6 ounces per plant and then all of a sudden my yield kept dropping to less than an ounce per plant. At first I blamed strains I had not grown before, but then it was different strains across the board.

I found out it was my bulbs. I swapped bulbs months before and even though they were new.....they sucked. I swapped out again with (apparently) better bulbs and my yields jumped up again.

Another thing that happened to me once....and to this day I don't know how it happened, but my plants re-vegged on me.....16 of 'em. Check your timer to see if it's set right.

I have actually never switched bulbs... So they have about a year and a half on them... I always thought they were like regular bulbs, when they go bad they burn out? I guess.... I am foolish :( UGHHHH Buying new ones NOW

remember to save your old bulbs clearly labeled, in a safe spot, in case something causes a loss of one, you have a spare to get by on til your replacement arrives.

probably overwatered, too dry/too much air movement, and bad bulb
