Yeah, no kidding. I can understand not wanting to start a new thread for a question that gets asked every week, but going back 7 years? I was almost going to reply until I saw a post by Al B. Fuct, then I scrolled down to the bottom. That dude's probably died of old age by now.
That dude has not died of old age but is no longer growing. Stopped in Dec 2012. For reasons.

Does anyone know how much of a loss in weight occurs from when harvested bud is just cut to when its dried?
:joint:
Dry in a dark dry room temp 65 to 70 degrees with a fan to circulate air 7 to 14 days can increase your yield by 10 to 20%

Just count on losing at least half it’s weight. That way you won’t expect more or be disappointed with what you end up with.

Maybe an old thread, but a common question which is what brought me here. Just wet trimmed 940 grams of Skunk Dog, drying it at 45% humidity in a dark room. I'll check again after 24 hours and report here. I'm figuring after 3-4 days I'll end up within a range of 250-300 grams, but we will see!

When I leave them on the stems with all the sugar leaves still attached I figure closer to 15%. Tho my outdoor stems are much thicker then indoor would be so that makes sense.

Bagged and beginning the cure after 4.5 days of drying. Ended up with a total weight loss of 70%.
