Went from T5s to HPS for veg

I run a full 600 watt HPS system from seed to harvest, I have always found the growth to be more than fine with it here is a auto seed at around day 25-30 just before it started flowering.

October 20th


November 12th


I recently took the light out of my veg tent while I have a week down time on it so I added it into the room with this beautiful lady, and here's the result of 2 x 600 watt HPS bulbs as you see I have the lights pretty close but just far enough not to cause light damage again....



In my opinion HPS is cheap simple and effective.

What you is growing in homie? Looks like Coco or Turpur in cloth pots.

Hi Sam these ones are under 3x600 hps and in coco in my veg room. They are now 2.4 weeks they are my fastest clones I have. And will finish them off with 6 de gavite. And still have 1.3 weeks to go before I put them in my flowering room. They will go 2 and half each

What size space?

They look great especially for such a short veg time

Yes they are my fastest ones I have. The room size is 10x5x7 and in 50 litre pots

I'm growing in 100% coco with fabric air pots bud.
