You then need to indicate if you are the owner, or part owner, of the site where you plan to produce cannabis.

    • If the answer is yes, check Yesand skip section A2. You can proceed to section A3.
    • If the answer is no, check No and complete section A2. The site owner will need to review, date and sign section A2

I'm only interpreting this one possible way.

Read again and just admit your wrong. It's my ordinary residence so I will skip and head to section A3.

I'm staying out of this, you both make good points tbh lol.
If I'm wrong, I'll be the first to admit it.

You don't need to believe me, and I don't blame you if you don't. Torontoke posted a tweet on page 3-4 from a lawyer who's saying the same as me. I'm guessing he's got more experience reading confusing legal documents than any of us.

Certainly not saying I don't believe you, just saying I'm not sure either way because you both make such good points.

So landlords can refuse to rent to ciggy smokers, or people with pets...but HC thinks they can "force" them to rent to MMJ growers without consent?!?! It's prolly a HC typo in the app ffs. If anyone thinks you'll just be able to tell your landlord (property owner) to fuk-off cause HC says you can grow MMJ there...you're in for a surprise, it's not gonna fly.

I don't think HC would've missed that on both the regulations and application. Why is everyone so worried about it anyway? We suddenly in the stone age again where every grow has mold and causes fires?

Just read the registration instructions. Or get Sombody to help you sound out the big words. It's very informative[/Q
How don't you get this.

Someone here back me up please. I can't be the only person here who gets this.
Big ears has been a troll here for a long time, don't let him get to you. You are correct and they are wrong. They seem to have decided and not care about the actual language used. Excluding obvious facts or words just to troll.

Not the stoneage, but an age of NO MMJ homeowners/tenants insurance, AND if the owner wants to sell the property, they MUST disclose that MMJ was grown there, AND that the premises were remediated from said MMJ grow. AND it is a big deal when sick folks start getting eviction notices! This issue needs to be dealt with ASAP, before folks get in to deep...because HC doesn't know WTF they're doing.
