The Ron Paulites' prayers have been answered. Ron The Paul has heard His disciples and is moving up in the polls. He may get a nomination yet. Then he died of old age.

It's because he has started being aggressive in the early primary states with his ads and in debates.

Yes... a clown caricature of a super hero. Just like that rest of them. Only he's the last choice out of the car. That's known as "scraping the bottom of the barrel"

I wouldn't call it a spin. You're right. The Republican field is a joke, but Ron Paul has taken a more aggressive approach in confronting that fact. When the debate circuit began, he just stood back and was bullied around. As of late he has stood up and started calling the others out on their bullshit. I know your stuck in your box. Open it up and let a little fresh air in for a minute.. please.

I call it speaking the truth and trying to do the job you have been given the opportunity to do and agreed to take the responsibility for doing in an honerable maner
I'm glad some people are finally becoming aware and realising electing Ron Paul as our represenitive is their best choice

Stuck in a box? A gay mormon liberal leaning celibate amateur athlete? A box?

Do the Dems keep insulting Ron Paul cos they're afraid of him or something?

He'd bitch slip current President Hussein across the stage and back in a debate...I mean at least Ron Paul can talk about and understand the issues without a teleprompter.

The main reason that they insult him is because it goes against a major component of their philosophy when going against Libertarians in that idealism or ideologues as they like to call it(I like to call it principles), can never be practical or work on a humanist level...(it should be their argument against anarchy, however they use it against libertarians, but they sorta smear anarchy, libertarians, and republicans all into one group)

This is an incredibly flawed philosophy that only someone who hasn't studied political philosophy could ever follow, aka obama zombies...it will be funny...because for 30 years Ron Paul has proven the obvious, that libertarianism can be practical.

I really have no idea what obama could possibly argue against Ron Paul, he would be in big trouble. Ron Paul would not use childish attacks as the others would, he would talk about the issues and philosophy and Obama would have ZERO ammo...Obama/Goldman Sachs and their zombified minions have A LOT to be afraid of when it comes to Ron Paul...

Are people really going to buy into the..."Ron Paul wants dirtier air and dirtier water" in an Obama VS Paul scenario, I really don't think so..

Actually if Ron Paul won, who'd be "the man" to rebel against then?

We would still have "The Man" to rebel against because we wouldn't be instantly living in a libertarian society, Ron Paul also is supportive of the private sector so the private sector and our 9 to 5's in cubicles under the tyranny of corporate would still exists...so unfortunately no, Ron Paul would not and could not defeat "The Man"...."The man" Would still be the private sector, however it wouldn't be shared with the government as "The Machine" ....in a Ron Paul Utopia there would only be one "The Man" but at least it would be just that "The man" instead of "The Machine"..and not all... but many of us... could potentially become "The Man" ourselves.

That is the left-libertarian response to such a question..A more extreme version of this you might look at Chomsky who would take it a bit further and say something like that the private sector would take over entirely and feed on the weak. Ron Paul's argument for this is that in a libertarian society with free market capitalism that people can go have their special interest groups or socialist societies on the side without becoming victim to the system or "The man" and that people would become their own "The Man"...

And really this whole discussion above, its a bit out there for some people, its not really libertarian, we are moving into anarchy territory again and it freaks some people out, It really hurts the libertarian movement when we drift off into these sort of utopia theories because it gives ammo for the non-freethinkers to label us as anarchist. It is fun libertarian to libertarian but it really needs to be kept at just that, dreaming and not serious discussion.

Chomsky is delusional. I named my cockatiel Noam after him. Because all he does is squak, want food for nothing, be held all the time and in the end bite me for no reason.
