it might be able to survive for a while if it was established but cold freezing rainy winter and wind will kill most if not all kinds of seedlings. with plants I had out in december and january before , juvenile plants they are stringy, small, thin and unrecognizable almost . late feb or march around here is earliest start of outdoor season (experiments) some kept flowering for me outdoors into june
