not sure dude, have you grown this strain under the QBs before? it could be because of spectrum change if not ? plants eh, keep ya guessing they do. i wouldnt throw it away mate

@lukio just been in the cab and done some defoliation fuckme sticky hands and a stink of over rip fruit. Checked all plants for cocks and balls all clear, so will let them be till harvest time. Last time I grew the OG Kush was under cree cobs and 600 watt hps. Was nothing like these are, that's for sure.

@Justaquickquestionforyou Ah ok yeah, the qb's seem to start the plants flowering quicker, resin production also starts very early on and lower branches just seem to grow out and up a lot more even. Harvested buds are solid for hybrids, better smell and taste.
For reference I had the 600w 400v HPS and 200 watts of cree cobs before hand in a 1.2mX1.2m tent. I'm in a smaller cab now so will see what we can pull with the qb's, my first run with the qb's was in the tent was rather impressive but with a learning curve.
Would I go back to the HPS nope.

@key4 if the og is as potent as the mother was, which it should I'm gonna be fubar smoking it. Amazing for pain relief.
Going by Dinafem the OG Kush is a 55 day flowering time, I think when I flowered it last time under the hps+cobs I let it go to 65 days, so be interesting to see if it finishes of faster using just the quantum boards. On thing I can say straight up the resin production on it this run is amazing.

The quantums are fuckin great, right? I'm so pleased with em. I pulled my big tent down over the last few days and considering how all over the place it was it looks like those bloody lights have pulled some amazing weight...ill know for sure next week ish.

@lukio glad your enjoying the quantums, I keep thinking to order more boards but if I was to be honest with myself I don't need more for my cab size, I could fit another level in the cab and double up on space, but the wife is already freaking out with me doing a little sog grow, not sure how long I can get away with it. I'm sure I will upgrade them in a few years when things have advanced enough to warrant doing it.
Pics and diary is on uk420 also, not so much negativity about the new gen leds now hehe.
