sorry for crappy pics, i'll hopefully have good digicam pics tomaro, had to hold my laptop's built in web cam over the plants, didnt come out too well.
plants are 15 days old
wicked bad yellowing and the tips of several leaves on 2 plants have a rusty color
i have fed my seedlings half strength liquid tomato plant food one time which i later realised was 9-10-15 NPK. im not sure if this is the problem causer.. all but one seed sprouted within 2 days of each other, the two worst looking small ones had early tissue damage due to transplanting. the other small plant just sprouted a few days ago and doesnt have discoloration, but severe drooping.
i water with culligan water from a five gallon resevoir that aerates 24/7, i water from the bottom, setting one plant at a time in a small tupperware container of water. i was watering almost everyday soaking the soil to the top and only letting the top inch or two of soil dry out. i noticed the discoloration about 5 days ago but i can't figure out if its the nutes or overwatering. i have slowed watering to about every 48 hours, but i flushed first because i was worried about the nutes. i cradled the plants upside down and pulled the containers up and the roots seem to be pretty damn happy and white.
the soil is some old generic potting soil that i nuked in the microwave 1min per lb. my ph runoff was a little high last time i watered and im sure my plants need some nitrogen so today i watered with 10 parts water one part urine, (i know, disgusting but it lowers ph and feeds the plants nitrogen, plus its really all i had around)
