weird yellowing 5 weeks flower

Hey guys hoping someone can help me.
My girl is really looking like crap. Shes been nice and healthy until a week ago when I changed from veg nutes to flower nutes (canna flores).
I'm growing in 5 gal dwc buckets.
Using ro water and 300ppm of cal mag before adding my nutes.Dm zone, silica, cal mag,canna flores a&b and canna boost.
I'm really stumped can someone take a look at this leaf and tell me what the hell is going on.

Yeah a few weeks ago I had the ppm up2 950ppm and started to notice slight burning on the tips so I lowered the ppm to 800. Been running around 800 ever since then all theses deficiencies show up.

The light is about 6 inches away air cooled 400w. Cant raise the light any higher.
This is my 3rd indoor grow and every damn time same time in flower I'm getting the same problem.

Solutions I have tried.
-changing nutes
-adding cal mag
-sterilizing the res (Dm Zone)
-using ro water

All to no avail. I've run out of ideas.
Might just go back to the sunny outdoors

that looks like light bleaching or heat stress . but if 6in away from a 400 id say bleaching hold your hand under the bulb 6in away for 1 min see if its hot
