This can be genetic too, there are certain strains that are known to have these twisted leaves. Though it does appear you've got some deficiencies going on.

1) PICTURE OF PLANT Down in replys
2) Growing indoor or outdoors Indoor 7ft grow tent
3) Watering schedule when the soil feels very dry just to the touch but im talking almost near wilting
two inches
4) Growing Medium CoCo Coir
5) What stage of growth veg and it was on the mother later into flower so idk
Check your pH. 1st then tell us what it is...Apart from the leaf discolouration, it lòoks like its fine.

Space? for a 5x5 flower 7 ft tall
Heat/Ac restrictions? heat only problem in summer was thinking about exhausting into the attic so ye
What type of lighting are you pondering? a good led
If it's led, do you DIY or do you want plug and play?

Look into, Cobs,QBs (Quantum boards) and strip builds. Any of these options will suffice for your space and situation. You can chase spectrum,efficiency,efficacy etc...to your hearts desire.
It doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg now,there are "cheaper" options vut you have to do your research on the vendors.
HLG, CobKits,PLC, Timber growlights are a few sponsors here that put out quality prodcut and great customer service. Those are just off the top of my head,and not in any particular order.
Ledgardener.com is a useful tool for builds,especially strip builds.
