Hi everyone. This is my 2nd indoor grow. 1st one turned to custard due to an unfound hermie. 1000 seeds would be an understatment. This one seems to be going okay buds a little small but I'm still learning. found 1 nanner on a plant mid week 5, freaked out and threw the whole plant in the bin lol should've just plucked the nanner and kept the plant after reading more on it. This week I've found 1 more nanner and plucked it and misted room down with water. I'm expecting a few seeds but I'm okay with that. But my buds seem to look different to any other buds I've seen. They're unknown clones. It looks like the leaves are growing out of the bud? Theres definitely no light leaks and my timers are good so I'm pretty sure it's not re veg. Has anyone else seen buds like this before? This is mid week 6.

Forgot to mention the nanners are more than likely due to heat stress, temps have gotten as hot as 35c in my room nothing I can do about it as it's super hot outside.

Youre at the very top end of whats possible with a shit ton of co2 injection... like a not practical amount of co2.
What are you doing for lights? I did a run without enough light and had a lot of stuff that looked like that, but im betting on the heat.
That heat needs to go way down. If you cant afford to get an ac and run it for summer you can either stick to winter grows or run the lights on from sundown to sun up when its cooler like @xtsho said.

Thanks for reply. I run my lights from 12pm to 12am just suits being able to work on them while the lights are on for me. Weither the lights are on or off its gonna get real hot in there coz its 35c outside most days atm. I've fed them the lightest recommended dose of the bloom fert I have. No yellowing tips plants look real healthy. Just bud formation seems to be off. For lights I have a Bloombeast A900 and my other light is a full spectrum 1800W LED of which I cant remember the brand but is good quality. My extraction fan is also top of the line and suits my area, I spent alot of money trying to set this room up properly so i didnt run into to many problems but obviously not enough Haha.

Not sure if ya meant to do this but just took this plant outside for a quick photo. This is probably the average inside the room atm. Half way threw week 6 of budding. I will harvest at week 8 if it's just gonna be to hot in there for them to produce big buds

Yeah if youre going to pretty much have to run sundown to sunup or an ac. If your room isnt insulted at all, even running an ac isnt going to be easy.

It could be genetics, nutrient overfeeding/underfeeding, environment, ph. My guess is genetics because that plant looks really healthy.

Cheers for the advice fragileassassin, next year for summer I will get an AC unit sorted for the room. Miami heights yup I think it could be genetics to maybe, although the buds aren't forming big main colas all the buds on the plant are rock hard so I'm hoping they still come to a decent weight come harvest!

If you get a few burst sacks i would advise using some 90% iso with a little water and give your tent a clean down.

Truthsurge I've checked my room high and low for anymore nanners and I'm reasonably confident I got the ones I did pluck within 12 hours of them appearing(i did mist the room down with water after finding them both) The reason I mentioned them is becoz I thought my buds might look funny coz they got pollinated? But I think I've found the reason, high temps or genetics..

What do your roots look like?

Unsure they're in soil. Half are 50/50 perlite potting mix and the other half are straight potting mix as I couldn't get my hands on any perlite when transplant was needed. Could it be root problems?
