Week 5 of flowering and issues...

I was hoping I would not need to ask but I am having issues.
I'm in week 5 1/2.
I was thinking at first cal issue, as it has progressed it looked like a P def, and it still may be.
But I'm not sure anymore so I have come to all you at RIU.
Buds seem to be doing great the fan leafs not so much...
I have 2 Jack Herer's they seem to be taking the big hit.
I have a Bubba Kush its has some signs but not bad, same with the HeadBand Kush.
My info.
Temp 77 day 70 night.
Hum 30 to 40% very's.
Soil is Roots Organic that was DR'ed up for veg Kinda a loose subcool mix.
Lighting T-5 16 bulb with 2 4' T-5 side lights.
Nutes every other watering of Dyna Grow Liq bloom 3-12-6 5ml per gal.
Dyna Grow Mag pro (just feed one time today) 1-15-4 1.5 ml per gal
Cal-mag plus 5 ml per gal
Maxicrop seeweed powder 1tsp per gal.
Water PH is 6.5 in and 6.8 out

dood it must be with your ph calmag issue an then pottasium they must not be available man i got simillar drama with my coco if the runoff is under 6 they do the same thing as you so i adjust it once 5.8 and let it drift to almost 7 and runoff is like 6.2 just giving you an example but your in soil try upping the ph but your not gona get major results this far in .

defiantly a nutrition problem. you are using the bloom nutes and your plant needs more nitrogen, and as mentioned more of the minor nutes. try a veg fertilizer for a few feedings and then start alternating with the bloom/veg schedule. GL

EDIT:Ah i see you're in a soil hybrid mix sorry that makes things more complicated finding the exact cause.

Thats what maturing pot plants look like that are running out of nutes.

Yeah you need to find yoursef one of those websites where every 14-year old pipes up with his opinion he read somewhere.
