week 3 of flower and nute lockout

So I haven't ever flushed before I switch over to flower, and never had this problem before. But for the last few weeks my PH pen has been broken so I was just guessing on PH up and down. Growing in coco so trying to be anywhere from 5.8-6. Last couple weeks plants started to wither, turn crispy, and extremely discolored. From the looks of it, it is a phosphorous deficiency which the plant should not be deficient of due to using advanced two part sensi bloom which has well enough of that in the solution. So I decided that it had to be from not PH'ing my water correctly and combined with that a salt build up, which then locked out all of my bloom nutes, which is also why my plants look like shit and have almost stopped growing and flowering. So I ran about 3 gallons of ph'd water with about 20 ML of clearex split between two Indica dom plants, then ran another gallon of just PH'd water through to clear out the clearex. Then Ph'd my runoff and it was a 5.9. Perfect. So now i'm at the point of hoping my plants will come back, my question is when should I start up with the nutes again? should i wait until my coco medium dries out, and feed with 1/4 strength then build up again? or should i just add 1/4 nutes right away and run it through? Also do you think my steps towards correcting the plant dysfunction correct? or do you guys think it could be something different?
