Weed isn't drying...need advice

Room temperature: 72 degrees
Room humility: 40

Hanging buds to dry for 10 days, doesn't seem like it is getting any closer to drying. Stems don't snap, just bend.
What can I do to help it get dry?

an oscillating fan on low not aimed directly at the buds will do it.

Or you can try the brown paper bag method

Are they feeling 'crispy' on the outside?

I made a noob mistake. I still had the DWC bucket in the tent with water in it where the buds were hanging. I didn't think it would make any difference. Durrr, yeah it did. I took it out and the buds dried in a day.

Still put a moving fan in the tent.

you also may find that the bucket was actually allowing it to cure better, you may be surprised, sometimes a really slow dry Is a good thing, I had to harvest once when it was raining for a week straight, and the WORLD was humid, took like two weeks to get them to be ready to jar, but the nugs didn't mold (surprisingly) and the smoke turned out to be much smoother/tastier than my normal cure. This was a jack herer strain that I've grown for years, so I know what it normally tastes/smokes like. As long as it didn't mold It'll be alright
