That is nothing. I had athletes foot that got infected once. My foot was so large in two days that i could not get a shoe on. I had the dreaded red blood Poisson line running up my leg when i went to the hospital. Don't mess around with your feet get them check is what i learned. I also had a cousin that did the nail through the foot thing. He had no feeling in his toes at all. It was weird. He also limped a little.

I'm stocking up on injectable antibiotics from the farm store.It's the same shit they use on humans, don't let them fool ya, it's just the human shit gets refined a bit more. Way cheaper than going to the doc here without insurance.May I suggest, out some honey on that puncture wound.

Thank your lucky stars it wasn't rusty. Probably the second most painfull childhood memory for me. Got a bad infection from it. First was smashing my teeth out on the corner of a wall.

Seriously though you should get that checked out pronto. If there were rats around that building site you could be in trouble. A close friend to my mother stood on a nail which which a rat pissed on. With Dire consequences.

You haven't quite read the whole thread have you. Got er checked out. Got an X ray to check for metal particles. Got antibodies. Got pain killers. I'm set.
