We need to invent something to stop the inside walls of tents from sucking in.

When I turn on my filter, all the walls of my tent suck in and rub on the plant leaf. This damages the leaves on the outside and will damage nuggs as well. Is there a tent that has a middle rail ... maybe an extra support ... but it also keeps the walls from sucking in. Maybe my tent just has too much slack.....

What brand do you use?

i have that too, but it doesn' t bother me much...tent is plenty big, and the negative pressure constantly sucks in fresh air...

That is what is called "negative pressure". For instance, you would say, "My tent has negative pressure".

It's a good thing when smell is concerned.

To reduce negative pressure, increase intake or decrease exhaust, like with a fan speed adjuster (as long as temperatures stay in an acceptable range).

Increase your intake. I haven't found or really looked for proof, but from my best guesses after buying and using 3 tents and doing a few runs, that negative pressure is bad for my plants yield. I don't know if the air is thinner and has less available co2, but I noticed that using a 750 can exhaust (no intake) was lower yeilding then 250 cfm exhaust (no intake) and 750 exhaust 750 intake ratios. All that said I'd do a others advise and equal put the pressure some. Think of high altitude vs low altitude growing.

Idk about loosing yield because of negative pressure, my room isn't a tent but I still have negative pressure. And on my bd strain I'm hittin 2lb a light, an it's still gettin better each harvest. To be honest this will be my first run without negative pressure in my room. So ima keep that in mind.

I invented it! It is called more intake.
I also invented the internet and self threading projectors.

in a small tent you lose yield because instead of being 9sq/ft it`s like 8 sq/ft!!! lose about 1 oz per round if not more...but it has nothing to do with the negative pressure it`s only from the room being smaller.

I had this problem with a tent i had a while ago. I just used bungee cords to hold back the fabric..few of them cross the sides of the tent seemed to work wonders!
