We are the nodes?

Ive been vegging for almost two months now, already put a few in flower, but I have noticed something with one of my plants. The nodes are practically not growing, all my fan leaves on this one plant grow just fine, but the extra nodes where i get my bud from and lacking in growth. I dont know if this is just a mutation or what. Every other plant has grown full a lushes except this one. I jave never encountered this problem so i am quite curiouse to know why this is occuring. All plants have been vegged under a 400w MH bulb with 4 hours of darkness. If pics are needed i can get a few up, but basicaly this plant looks like a 22" stem with a bunch of fan leaves and nothing but a few tiny bud spots, compared to the rest shes a shrimp. Im using fox farm soil along with grow big veg nutes. Any ideas on what may be happening here?
Thanks everybody

patience young grasshoppa. she could just be coming along slowly. she may hit a spurt and surprise the shit out of you. she may just be genetically lame and in need of culling.

do you know the genetics?

Also today i added a 2 24watt floros to the equation, hoping that it helps a bit woth the growth, the more light the better. Just domt burn those fuckers haha

Haha it just confuses me man, why is it that every other plant shows optimal growth while this one girl is just slacking, all the others are just Bout ready to flower, but this girl isnt, theyve all been in the same climate ect. Also its as if shes been stretching but that wouldnt make sense because the light has been close enpugh to avoid any stretching. Haha im not stressing it however, just curious

if everything is the same with all your plants and one is different it kinda sounds like a genetic issue to me.
