WBC Flour

This is my first time growing shrooms. I just got two syringes of B+. After reading a bit I've decided to go with WBC Flour.
With WBC you have to cook the seed. Do you have to do the same with the flour or can i mix the same as i would with
BRF ????

I have heard of people using Wild Bird Seed in the pf tek by grinding up the seeds to a fine powder.

Do yourself a favor and don't do it that way, use the grain whole.
