is it safe to put 2 400 watters and 2 smalls fans and water pumps on one wall outlet?

look at your breaker. you can run 2,200 watts on a 20 amp

ohhh I thought you meant 2400 watts. you can run 2 400s easy on one outlet.

You should be fine. Most sockets are rated at at least 15A. You'll only be pulling 8A with lights and I highly doubt the fans & pumps match that.

Yes you will be fine.. General rule i use is 1500w max per power point..
