mine are a week old and i am still misting them.
although... i found roots on mine today, so i might stop misting them cause they can get their H2O from their roots now. if you do nute them make sure they have roots, and that its a very low dose, those plants are so sensitive and can nute burn easily, but dont mist with anything other then low ppm water..id say under 200. distilled if possible.
but yeah i keep about a qaurter inch water in my tray with a heat mat, which keeps the dome real humid which is what matters right now. i had only about 75% humidity in them a few days ago and they were real droopy, once i closed the vents and got the humidity up they perked right up
