Watering too little?

Hi guys,

I’ve got a couple of monster plants in 30L pots of soil. I have a timer on them to water every 72 hours and they’re not showing any signs of under watering but they are showing potassium deficiency. The pots flood for 15 mins every 72 hours so they’re getting enough feed, but I’m wondering whether I should be adjusting the valves to let less water in and feed them every 48 hours to tackle the deficiency?

I thought about adding more feed but most of them have very slight tip burn already at 1.7EC in the middle of the 3rd week since the flip but also the deficiency

Any tips, thanks

Adjust your feed. Less nitrogen. More P/K
I’ve just filled the res with the 3rd weeks flower feed so they’re not getting any nitrogen. This week they got an added PK booster but they aren’t showing any signs of coming round. I removed the deficient leaves yesterday and today there’s more dying off. Do you think I should keep it at 72 hours for watering? Thanks

Have you checked a runoff EC? No idea how to answer about time intervals. Run a bamboo skewer all the way to the bottom of the container before watering again. If medium clings to it then it’s already moist enough.

I’ve decided to adjust the valves tonight so I’m giving them a bigger drink every 72 hours. If I still see the yellowing I’m going to drop the valves right down to the minimum and feed every 48 hours
