Watering question...??

So I have these OG girls that have been in flower for one full week now...
I am wondering if it matters when I water.. I water now only when the pots are dry not on any particular schedule..
P.S The girls look good so far don't they? Is now a good time to trim the bottom stuff away?

How often do you give them nutes? they look a bit nute burnt. Also what type of light are you using? because you may not have to cut the bottom out.

I use those same size cubes and they're flooded 2 times each day when the lights are on.

Your girls in pic 1 good but could maybe use some water, unless you just watered them. Your other girls look pretty darn good, keep up the good work. It's up to you as to whether you want to trim the bottom away. Personally, I wouldn't.

Homebrewer thanks, There is something that I do not understand, How can you flood your plants 2 times a day and all is well, and I water mine once every 2 or 3 days and my plants can show signs of over watering and yours don't? This has always puzzled me...

after the flood they just sit in a tray and drain off, while it looks like you have yours in a pan of water. your avitar rocks.
