Your plants look awesome
Thanks NM! Welcome!! :weed:

Cool - that Igloo setup is awesome!!

You could go with two totes hooked together with 1 1/4 hose. Or pail and tote whatever works.
I run similar, scroged in. I haven’t had to lift the lid only a quick peek with a flashlight.
I run a hose from my laundry to fill and another into my washer drain so I can pump out the water.
Super simple.
Interesting... I use RO water and my filter is on the kitchen sink upstairs, so I haul water down to my tent every day... Eventually I may switch to a separate res system - I tend to get stuck in my old ways when they work, but I need to be more innovative...

Tuesday today - picture update day! The White Widow has some rusty leaves - not sure what is causing it, but most of the plant is doing very well, buds coming in nicely.

Awesome. I know me and a bunch of others want to just reach in and pluck out 100 leaves. Lol

I plumbed my reverse osmosis from the furnace room up to my kitchen sink and also downstairs to another sink. If you have access to your house plumbing and can pull pipe it really does pay off in time savings. The other thing I did to make life easier is to put down a base of milk crates with plywood on top. Then place your tent on top of it. Tossed a huge tray inside the tent with a bulkhead drain on it. I can spill inside the tent and it drains safely. So I could just take a waterfarm and drain it by just tilting the blue hose to the tent floor. Then again if I was growing fantastic plants like Dayzt I might not change a thing! :peace:

HAHA...I hear ya - I still haven't done much defol (again, it's my paranoia of discarding leaves that we use later on...) but it's getting more and more annoying with so much green getting in the way...we'll see if I get the courage to remove more of that bottom bush...lol

Oh and can see a little Ca deficiency. Or is it just the pic?
You are absolutely correct!!! I had counted that out since I've actually been adding Cal-mag to my water, but as it turns out I haven't been adding nearly enough, plus the pH is a bit too high (6.4-ish) for them to uptake the Ca. So.... I've now upped my Ca (doubled it plus a bit more) and I'm also lowering the pH on the WW and BMD down to about 5.5-7 to allow them to increase their Ca uptake...we'll see in the next few days if that stops the rusty leaf problems (yes, the BMD is also showing some of the same deficiency..)

By the way, this link is awesome for diagnosing Cannabis deficiencies... when I saw the below picture from that page, I knew it was exactly my problem..confirmed! :bigjoint:

Great idea to split the RO filtered water line to your basement! I'm not sure I want to mess with ours, as it's a fairly small filter system...something to think about though! I get some good exercise hauling water buckets up/down the stairs though, so for me it does have its fitness advantages..lol.

My tent is way too big to put the whole thing up on crates.. (5.5 x 7), but that's a great idea for a small tent! If you have enough space above the waterfarm (between the light and plant) after doing that, then it would make perfect sense, as long as the top of your tent doesn't hit the basement ceiling..?

No worries on the comments/suggestions...its all good, I like to hear new ideas! I tend to get stuck in my methods and don't change things around when they're already working..but there's definitely lots of improvements that can always be made! :leaf:

I run ph @6.1 to help with the Ca def.High heat/light will also cause the Ca def.

That sounds perfect...I've been lowering my pH to try and manage the Ca def - after the last flush they were all a little high (6.3 - 4), so I'm bringing that down to between 5.5 and 6.0. It's constantly changing, so its a bit of a battle with 3 separate reservoirs..lol. Obviously the existing damage isn't reversible, but I think I've at least slowed it down.

I don't think my temps are going higher that 80 F during lights on, so heat shouldn't be an issue.. plus the lights are at least 20" above the canopy now.. :)

This is the start of week 5 of flowering, so we're over the half-way mark now I'm guessing - if they go 9 weeks - but they may take 10 weeks...we'll see. :leaf:

So the girls are currently in the middle of week 6 of flowering. Sorry for the lack of picture updates...RL has gotten in the way this past week - will try to get a pic update by the wknd!!

Some notes:

- Despite some aggressive Cal deficiency issues (now on all 3 plants...sigh), the buds are coming along fairly nicely. My pH meter broke over the weekend, and I just got a replacement today - things weren't too out of wack once I re-tested everything, but the BMD was quite high at about 6.7 pH, which I'm now re-adjusting.
- The White Russian is the slowest of the 3 at bulking up, but its almost looking like the pheno I got isn't going to have massive buds - which is okay, as there's quite alot of tops to make up for the lack in individual size. There's still lots of time to bulk up more though - I'm guess we have about 3-4 weeks left to harvest, or at least until we start flushing her out.
- The White Widow has really tight nugs - will be a bit easier to harvest/trim than the other 2 for sure.
- The Blue Mountain Durban is developing a few really large colas, a few are around 2.5-3 inches thick - but lots of leaf on her, so trimming will be a chore for sure - plus the size of the plant... its going to take the longest of the 3 to harvest for sure.

Today marks the end of week 6 of flowering - tomorrow week 7 starts, and I'm guessing harvest (for the White Widow at least) is about 2 weeks away, maybe 3 if needed. Again, sorry for the lack of updates! My Ca deficiency got away on me a few weeks ago, despite my efforts to lower the pH and get that under control...so lots of yellowing/rusty leaves, but the buds are still looking quite good.

I've got a picture update - not too happy with these pics, but they're better than nothing. Its more of a snapshot to track progress after 6 weeks flowering in case I grow out these strains again.
