Waterfarm top center dry out??

One of my waterfarms seems to dry out in the top area around the plant.
Plant is just seedling with 1 set of leafs. I have tried lowering and rasing the ring.
The ring is not clogged. Any cretin position the ring or hydrton should be positioned

I have found that with the waterfarm plumbing the base pipes in the bottom of the bucket need to be set just right to keep it working constantly. If you turn the outer (larger) pipe to where the side cut makes a v shape with the inner pipes side cut you will probably solve the problem.

I tried that. Didnt work. Tried pulling out the tube to make sure it was good. Didn't work.
Tried getting bigger air pump. Went from the stock 10gallon one to 30-60 gallon one. That didn't work.
I think it's evaporating. I'm going to put tin foil over the top and just let the plant stick out and try that.
