Waterfarm SOG/SCOG set up advice needed (PIC)

I have a new set up. 9 Waterfarms set up in a 3X3 arrangement, with reservoir. I have a 400w hps and a 400wmh both on movers. two sides are flanked by 40W fluros.

Here is the question. I over germinated to be on the safe side, now I could have up to 15-20 viable females (in rockwool cubes). Should I just take the 9 strongest and transplant only them? Or has anyone had experience vegging more than one plant per waterfarm (presumably using more of a SOG/SCOG set up)?

The strains are
Femized Cheese (8 viable seedlings)
Caramelicous (8 viable seedlings)
Free seeds from amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com (10 viable seedlings)

anyone have experience with the free seeds from there? Should I just chuck those?

I have attached a pic of the set up so you can see. I'm very excited that I have sooo many good looking seedlings, and at least 8 are from feminized plants so those obviously get the best positioning. but i'm struggling over about how many others to squeeze in to get the best yield.

Please anyone? Its 4 weeks into the grow and attached are some pics of my seedlings. Clearly did a lot wrong:
a) Didnt rinse the rockwool
b) Didnt rinse the hydrotron-now have layer of silt at the bottom of each waterfarm. Would be alright but i have airstones in there so Im sure everytime the pumps kick in the water turns muddy. WILL THIS KILL MY PLANTS?
c) Took them out of the germination dome too early. Humidity in the room is around 35% since taking them out. You can see them from day through week 3 here.
Any advice on how many to keep? SOG or SCOG for this set up?

Well first off, most people bury their rockwool cubes under the hydroton, but thats not a huge deal. Light can cause unwanted growth in wet areas on the cubes, so you may want to cover the exposed tops with some panda film. You should never put two plants in one pot unless you are 100% sure that they are both gonna be females. By the time you can spot a male, it will have it's roots so deeply intertwined with it's female roomate you will have no choice but to toss them both out. As for your muddy water... Doesn't the bottom bucket in your system have all the water and the top bucket hold the hydroton? You really can't just change the water? lastly you should as really lower your lights, push those buckets together and drop the lights hecka low yo, especially if you've got those badboys on movers. Let em burn!!!!

Here are some new pics. It's now 4.weeks into veg from seed. I've got 29 viable plants. I know I have one feminized seed in each (cheese). That means in each waterfarm I have about thee plants. If the non feminized seeds turn out 50/50 them I will have approx 18 plants in 9 waterfarms covering a total 6X6 ft area. I figure I need to decide in a hurry of this is going to be sog, socg, or lmt. I figue one more week then into flower. I only have about 24" more clearance to the lights so need to keep things low.
Again ANY ADVICE AT ALL would be more appreciated than you know. I hope you will agree that after a rough start this looks promising for only my second grow Whig was only 3 small plants.
Thanks for reading.
Peace
