water stressed plants worth growin or not?

i have 40 quebec gold clones i grew for a little to long in 1 gallon pots trying to cut them up for clones before flowering.
now 2 weeks into flowering ive had to transplant them into bigger containers. to fight the rootbound situation and the fact they 1 gallon pots had crappy soil that didnt drain well. these poor clones suffered from overwatering and being root bound. now they are looking patetic next to my other plants that were in better soil and bigger pots,

quebec gold is a 45-50 day strain and after 14 of stress i dont think they will recover.

i could scrap these and throw in new clones that i already have. or do i just finish them off. they have 31-36days left.
