Water rationing?

I cant read the real proposed text, I cant really find it.
I know this effects watering of yards, but "Vegetables" I think there is a higher law?

Is this just city water or also well water or also river water?

I like laws, so what is the law for using water to grow your pot?

(Not that I have pot growing, naa I hate the stuff)

Indoor hydroponic growing is one of the least water intensive ways to grow plants, period. Add a sealed room with condensation recapture and your net water loss approaches zero.

Hydro has always intimidated me. Soil guy myself. Been looking hard at hempy.

Hempy is a form of hydroponics.

Hydro= water
Ponic= growth

Anytime the nutrients are delivered via water it's hydroponics. This also applies to aquaponics, or using fish waste for feeding plants, as the nutrients are still delivered via water.

When I did ebb and flow I would change my res maybe once every grow. I would top it off then titrate the nutes until I reached my desired ec. At that point I already knew that my pH was perfect... It was pretty easy, and no, I didn't really use that much water.

im outside, much like a tomato farmer.
I think I fall into some kind of law, category.
Last year I got some lip but it was decided in my favor, as "tomato Gardner" or "Vineyard"

I like the law, but I like knowing the law first!

its 600 gallons for one burger. Counting pointlessly changing food calories from vegan to meat. Cleaning the stalls, all that. its not the drinking of water for cows its the DOUBLE ammount of water changing corn, wheat, hay into beef. Im vegan and I hate cows thank you!:fire:

I also believe that cow farts are responsible for the weather change. They dump methane into the atmosphere. Quite a bit of it.

Dr.Pecker, I think there is a better name other then Earth Crust Displacement but the idea is the same.
One day your blissfully chewing your cud and farting out your dairy air and the next your skyrocketed to Alaska and have a forest dumped on your head.

Think about it, its so simple.

1. Cows (or dinosaurs) fart massive amounts of Co2 melting the ice caps removing gravitational effects and flipping the earths crust over and over like an orange skin. (with out the massive ice caps acting like a spinning childs top that looses its gravitational pull.

WE COULD STOP THIS MADNESS WITH LEGAL HEMP. I think it drinks up carbons from the atmosphere.

Most of the pollution in LA (up to 20%) is from the Foxcon factory in china. You know Apple, iphones, Ipods, motherboards of all kinds.
