Easy way to solve this problem ... "No Trespassing" and "No Solicitation" signs, so they have to have a warrant to even be on your property, so if they show up at your door with a dog and no warrant you can file for citizen arrest.

Are you kidding ? A no tresspassing sign means absolutly nothing to law enforcement following a tip on a crime being committed. Misdemeanor of felon. They used the dog(s) to enter the house without a warrant. They do not have to have a warrant to enter a premise (house) if there is a crime in progress. The dog(s) was the evidence that a crime was in progress (growing the pot). The implications of this are unbelieveable HUGE. If a cop is walking a trainned pot sniffer down the sidewalk and it goes off in front of a house they can/could enter the house without a warrant. The castle doctrine is not relevant to a cop entering a house if he is doing so based on evidence a crime is in comission. The next step in this is if a pot dog goes off on you, regardless where you are at, your had. Lets just hope those 9 "wise" souls in black robes piss on tis one like they did the thermal sensors.

ya the cops dont give a fuck! they just want another "drug dealer" off the streets. i mean we had cops fucking walking around our house and looking in our windows. BUT fuck those assholes our plants were legal. wasted cop time when they could be one of the many meth labs that inhabit canon city colorado. prison capital of the world! the cops are twisted and a twisiler and dont give a fuck about the "rules"
